Mô tả công việc Replenishment Plan and Order management: · Prepare, follow and update the Replenishment plan per supplier during the year - with buyers’ support if needs to be reviewed (price change etc.) · Ensure that data have been correctly input in the system (stock quantity/, Shelf life etc.) · Weekly monitoring, reporting about the stock on hand, sending data to buyers and working with him/her to manage store allocation. · Review the sales/purchases forecast with Buyers based on current sales situation and feedback from other departments (stores, operation, marketing). · Contact the suppliers to place the PO, adjust the order if needed and validate the proforma invoice · Collect and transfer documents from the suppliers to send to Custom clearance service provider for preparation of the customs clearance process. Logistics: · Be in charge of importing products - both Fresh & Dry - for Annam Gourmet Market via Airfreight / Seafreight. · Negotiate the rates and conditions with designated forwarders (payment terms, credit limit etc.) · Follow up the status of each Purchase Order with Supplier/ Forwarder to coordinate and arrange the pick-up at supplier warehouse or delivery of the goods · Plan shipments based on ordering schedules, availability dates and supplier lead times. · Determine the best route and method of transportations (time and/or cost wise). · Evaluate the forwarder performance: review forwarder on their cost based on their initial quotation, respect of the given transit time etc. Stock management: · Make sure all items have guaranteed Shelf Life in order to forecast the order on time to have enough quantity + safety stock until next PO. · Shelf life management: Payment request: · After validation of orders, prepare the payment request form with signature of Managers/Supervisors (from BOD) and send to accounting dept. · Follow up the payment schedule with accounting department. Quality and Claim management: · Inform and follow up with suppliers / Forwarders about any quality issues, quantity and condition of products received. · Follow up actions plan with warehouse team to improve the quality of delivery to stores Quyền lợi được hưởng - Salary + Allowance + KPI bonus - The 13th mont salary fixed - Labor contract for all staffs, health insurance, and social insurance are forced - 12 annual leave days/ year. Yêu cầu kỹ năng · Bachelor Degree with a major in Supply Chain, Import-Export, International Business, Business Administration, Foreign Trade with basic knowledge of transportation. · Preferably 2-3 years’ experience in Supply Chain or purchasing in the F&B industry, FMCG or food retailer. · Good communication in Vietnamese & English · Proficiency in Microsoft Office · Good analytical mind and organizational skills · Skilled at negotiating, leadership and passion in food retail.
