Mô tả công việc As part of the largest Oriental supermarket chain in The UK, your responsibilities shall include but not limited to: Liaise with purchasing team and suppliers to resolve queries relating to payment. Proceed and book payment timely and accurately. Check and process documents as invoices, letters, statement in UK bookkeeping folder. Create and manage vendor master data in SAP. Check, book and fill all invoices and supporting documents for trade and non-trade suppliers to make sure all payments to be complied with internal compliance Other tasks assigned by line manager. Yêu cầu kỹ năng University graduation/Bachelors in Economics/Accounting, Auditing or related profession Good communication skills Working hour: 01.00PM - 09.00PM (Monday - Friday), 8.30AM - 12.30PM(Saturday) Professional approach to time, costs and deadlines. Fluency in English (both compositional and oral) Fresh graduates are welcome to apply Ability to work with teamwork. Good teamwork skills/ communication skills. Able to work & stay calm under pressure and willing to work to contribute company’s growth and development. Self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision.
