Mô tả công việc Supervise all food preparation areas including banquets, room service, restaurants, bar/lounge and associate cafeteria to ensure a consistent, high quality food products. Plan and implement short term and long term strategies to improve guests’ satisfaction of food quality to enhance food and beverage and promotion revenues. Supervise day to day all kitchen operations and associates Mainly in charge of Asian section: cooking, deliver training to the team Participates in training the Restaurant and Catering staff on menu items including ingredients, preparation methods and unique tastes. Operates and maintains all department equipment and reports malfunctions. Assists with an effective kitchen equipment repair and maintenance program. Yêu cầu kỹ năng Excellent culinary skills and good knowledge of food handling and sanitation standards Experience in high volume operation and menu composition, purchasing and maintaining kitchen equipment Strong customer and associate relation skills Two years’ working experience in the international hotel in the same position should be a priority Financial management skills (budgeting, forecasting and capital expenditure planning) Strong strategic thinking, team leadership and management skills for a large team Creative problem solving, negotiation and influencing skills Fluent in English and Vietnamese (writing and speaking) Relevant culinary education/training is a must
