Mô tả công việc - Managing all the activities of the software development team and setting goals for each team member to ensure timely project delivery . - Leading the development team in the design, development, coding, testing, and debugging of applications. - Hire and train new developers. - Provide guidance to the team and ensure they adhere to development standards - Keep up to date with the latest development software. - Ensure proper documentation. - Mentored and coach teams on agile and lean techniques to improve the effectiveness of the team’s performance. ■Salary in NET/gross:upto 4000 USD Gross ■Working time: Thứ 2 - Thứ 6: 9h00-18h00 Quyền lợi được hưởng - BHXH, BHYT theo luật - Thử việc: 85% - BH full lương - Lương tháng 13 - Macbook 2020, 32G, bộ nhớ 1T. - Thưởng theo dự án . - Ngoài 12 ngày phép năm còn được nghỉ 3 ngày Summer Holiday. - Bảo hiểm y tế Bảo Việt cho nhân viên và người thân (vợ hoặc chồng và con) - Review lương: 2 lần/ năm. - Ngày nghỉ công ty trả lương: 18 ngày. - Quà sinh nhật, hiếu hỉ, sinh con, Tết… - Tiệc các dịp Lễ, giáng sinh, 8/3,… Yêu cầu kỹ năng - Degree in Computer Science or equivalent degree is preferred with above 10 years’ experience focusing in IT or software development - Must have experienced on the Project management skills to run global technical projects, Operational processes - Experience in managing IT teams - Excellent working knowledge of AWS cloud platforms and familiar with SAAS model - Excellent English and communications skills - Can write and review technical policies, procedures, and documents - Have at least 5 years experience in a technical role/engineering role - Excellent Organisational skills Familiar with Agile development methodologies, Atlassian ( jira , Confluence…) - Good analytical and problem solving, negotiation skills, presentation skills across organizational boundaries - Strong mentoring and coaching experience - Be able to work under pressure and to strict deadlines - Self-motivated attitude with the ability to multitask - Adaptability and flexibility, ready for change. Report to CTO Manage to technical team in VN
