Internal Communication (50%) Develop and implement employee engagement programs; Establish internal communication strategies to ensureorganizational initiatives and projects are successfully and consistently communicated to employees and stakeholders; Creating contents for a variety of internal communication channels; Handle the internal communications responses to crisissituations that affect organizational perception and reputation.
