Mô tả công việc - Conduct users research to establish the right product experience - Responsible for researching, defining, and building the UX for Antoree products (Mobile/Web) - Review and Develop and maintain interaction models, user flows, wireframes, screen designs, prototypes and specifications as needed - Collaborate closely with the engineers and product managers to deliver the product features at a regular cadence - Ensure design consistency across all platforms and products Quyền lợi được hưởng - Position promotion, salary increase: once/year - Full insurance after 2 months probation - 13th month salary - Insurances followed Vietnamese Labor Law - Bonuses, gifts for Holidays - Activities: Birthday party, team building, company trip, etc Yêu cầu kỹ năng - A portfolio that demonstrates Junior (1+ year) or Senior (3+ years) of product designing experience across various platforms (web, desktop and mobile) - Understanding and skill set with modern design and prototyping software (e.g. Sketch/Figma/Zeplin, etc.) - Experience gathering requirements and guidelines in order to work autonomously - Deep attention to detail, analytical reasoning and systems thinking - Product mindset: understand how desirability, viability and feasibility intersect in great products - Creative ideas with problem solving mindset.
