Mô tả công việc - Work with the team to produce architectural drawings (architectural documentation) at all design stages (plans, elevations, sections, details and schedules) primarily in REVIT - Maintain high quality of drawings to international standards. - Details will be discussed in the interview Quyền lợi được hưởng A competitive salary and 13th month salary bonus Annual health checkup 18 days annual leave Yêu cầu kỹ năng - Bachelor degree in Architecture or equivalent. - Minimum 2 -5 years’ experience. - Software requirement: proficiency in using " Autodesk Revit " * Technical requirement - Ability to prepare architectural documentation to international standards - Good knowledge of design process, architectural documentation and general construction standards - Good knowledge in 3D modelling, drawings documenting and general construction standards * Other requirement: - Excellent communication skills - Efficiently working with a team but also able to work independently and know when to reach out for guidance and support - Good organization, leadership and management skills. - Well-developed time management and organizational skills - Self-directed, able to work independently and know when to reach out for guidance and support - English reading and writing comprehension - Positive attitude, passion and patience - Other details of this position will be discussed at the interview.
