Prepares Weekly Summary Report, which includes client inquiries, sales, and market updates (i.e. client-wise, supplier-wise, product-wise) to facilitate the development of selling strategies of her team. Provide leadership and own monitoring and reporting developments in the industry, competitors, customers and regulatory environment of the country. Provides creative ideas and suggestions for better sales productivity, client coverage, and time management. Developing goals for business growth and ensuring goals are met. At minimum of 8 years of sales experience in related field with sound understanding in the value chain concept of Food, Dietary Supplement and Pharma industries and the market dynamics of relevant ingredient business. Customer-focused, results-oriented, team worker, solutions-driven. Meticulous, energetic, systematic, self-driven, and able to work with minimum supervision. A degree in Food Science or Chemistry or related field Capability/potential for acquiring higher responsibilities.
