Mô tả công việc As a Recruitment Sourcing Specialist, you will recommend and execute sourcing strategies with a focus on active/passive talent. The ultimate goal is to build a strong talent pipeline that will address not only current but also the future hiring needs of SCB Bank: Responsibilities Participate in recruitment planning and sourcing potential candidate. Manage and follow up sourcing channel to support TA identify effective recruitment sources. Propose and implement initiatives to increase the effective of the candidate talent pool. Identify future hiring needs and proactively source potential hires of the whole bank with EB team on online/ offline channel. Evaluate candidate sources and take part in the recruitment process to qualify candidates based upon culture, skill & motivational fit. Share similar duties with the recruitment team. Identify talent pipeline for future and plan sourcing, attracting young talents. Build strong connections with universities/ student organizations and execute activities (event, roadshow) to create young talents future resource and lead internship program. Other tasks as assigned by Line Manager. Yêu cầu kỹ năng Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration...  Ability to creatively recommend sourcing strategies utilizing Boolean search logic, job boards, associations, social media, and internet searches. At least 1 year of relevant experience in the staffing industry, corporate talent acquisition, or related field. Knowledge of technology (Outlook, Web, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word). Knowledge about Banking Finance industry is an advantage. A keen eye for details and sense of responsibility.
