OBJECTIVE - Ensure the purchase of accessories, spare parts and office equipment is smooth - Control purchase and purchase products in compliance with approved purchase requirements DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY 1. Receive orders 2. Control purchasing and product are purchased. 3. Survey, study and update fluently changes market prices of material, equipment, and machine of company 4. Evaluation periodically supplier to ensure that raw materials purchased in accordance with the requirements specified. 5. Ensure fully supply schedule all direct materials to meet production plan and delivery on time. 6. Education - Strong IT skills in Microsoft Office. - Academic or professionally trained about management or technical. - Good knowledge of industrial manufacturing, different materials, components and spare parts, wood. - Be able to communicate in English is a big advantage 2. Experience - At least 03 year experience in a similar position 3. Skills - Good in communication skill, negotiation skill and problem solving skill - An honest and diligent character and be devoted to work. Location: Thu Duc Dist, Ho Chi Minh City (business sometime) Direct supervisor: Managing Director Working time: Monday to Friday (off 3 Saturdays and work one Saturday) Transportation: Company will transport employees from the factory (pickup Hang Xanh) Salary & benefits: Negotiation Add: Binh Chieu Ward, Thu Duc Dist, Ho Chi Minh City
