Mô tả công việc - Experienced in managing joint venture projects with foreign companies - Coordinate internal resources and third parties/suppliers for the flawless execution of projects. - Follow up and manage project progress. - Review all project documents from other departments before submitting to BOD for approval. - Well-organise project documentation. - Report and escalate to management as needed. - Perform risk management to minimize project risks. - Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals. - Prepares reports required by collecting and analyzing information. - Perform other related duties as assigned Quyền lợi được hưởng - 12 annual leaves - Company trip, teambuilding - 24/24 Health & accident insurance Yêu cầu kỹ năng - University Graduation in Economics, Foreign Trade, or related fields. - Be fluent in English - Have knowledge in Technical and/or Finance fields and a good understanding of the law and legal aspects. - Good planning, time, and project management skills. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus. - At least 2-year experience in Project Management. - Have excellent writing & reporting skill. - Good communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to perform basic research, digest, analyze and present material clearly and concisely. - Expertise in using emails, internet searching, and Microsoft Office 365. - High problem-solving skills, analytical/ observation skills. - Ability to deal with multi-functional tasks and to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Eager-to-learn, passionate, and thriving people. - Be able to work under pressure, willing to take responsibility. - Ability to exercise discretion on confidential matters. - Be able to work independently as well as in teamwork. - Honesty, humble, respect others, quickly adaptable to new technology.
