Mô tả công việc PURPOSE AND SCOPE KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Advise project management team on near shore-wind projects technicalities 2. Work with Engineering, procurement and construction team on project execution, schedule & cost review and propose solutions to meet project goals 3. Lead the development of wind project progress and pipeline 4. Yêu cầu kỹ năng QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE 1. At least 10 years of working experience in wind industry, wind resource assessment and project management for the whole project lifecycle (including project acquisition, execution and service phase) SKILLS/COMPETENCIES & PREFERRED CHARACTERISTICS 1. Strong interpersonal communications effectiveness, including verbal, written, presentation and persuasion skills. 2. Proficient in analyzing client technical requirements/demands and recommending a solution that meets their expectations 3. Excellent multi-tasking, time management and coordination skills.
