Mô tả công việc - Forecasting future demand for the company’s products and collaborating with related departments to meet it, while also avoiding over-supply. - Production planning for the factory-based base on received P/O. - Coordinate with the factories to ensure timely production and delivery, meeting the quality and specifications required by customers. - Update daily stuffing data from the factory and monitor stuffing quantity. - Handle complaints (if any) and coordinate with relevant staff/department to find out the root cause and propose resolutions. - Handle and arrange system updates according to company procedures. - Coordinate with the factories and stuffing department to ensure timely loading schedules to meet the deadline of the vessel’s closing time. - Other tasks as assigned by manager. Yêu cầu kỹ năng - Bachelor/College Degree from related fields. - At least 2-year experience in the related fields. - Experienced in logistics, shipping lines - Good communication and strong negotiation skills in Vietnamese. - Good command in English: writing/ reporting/ mailing. - Good analysis and problem-solving skills. - Female, under 28 years old. - Proactive, careful & faithful.
