Mô tả công việc - Use methodical and repeatable processes to verify releases meet quality standards before launch - Execute all levels of testing including but not limited to: System, Integration; Component Level Regression - Collaborate with the development team to improve the quality of the deliverables and ensure the business needs are met - Review functional and design specifications to ensure full understanding of individual deliverables. - Analyze user stories and technical requirements for validity, feasibility and technical soundness - Hold and facilitate test plan/case reviews with cross-functional team members. - Ensure that validated deliverables meet functional and design specifications and requirements. - Test applications and software - Identify any potential quality issues per defined process and escalate potential quality issues immediately to team members - English: speaking - can communicate basic about project Report to: Director Teamsize: 5~6, depend on project Quyền lợi được hưởng ■Salary in NET/gross : 1000 - 2000$ ■Working time: Can propose to work remotely Monday- Friday, from 9am-12pm and 1pm-6pm (Flexible, come earlier and leave earlier) Overtime paid: Yes ( 150%, 200% and 300%, according to Labor Code) ■Other benefits: - Social Insurance: Basic Salary ( 4,8MIL/ month) - 13month salary: May be more than 1 month depends on contribution - No of paid leaves: 13 days ( 12 days/ year and 01 Birthday Leave) - Training sessions: English courses and Techtalk - Quarterly Team Building - Salary Increase: twice/ year ( July and Jan ) - Probation time: 100% - Health Insurance - Company Outing trip - Project Bonus, monthly Bonus Yêu cầu kỹ năng - Strong understanding of software development process - Must have experience with Scrum and Agile product development methodologies - Excellent organization and communication skills and problem solving skills - Must have Experience with test management tools including automation testing and load testing - Magento or ecommerce related technologies experience is a plus - Have experience working on ecommerce base projects is a plus - Must have minimum 2 years in quality assurance
