Mô tả công việc JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: · Coordinating & ensure cascading the information of field sales operations to regional coordinators and drive execution in the field. · Review, endorse, communicate, and deploy the commercial plan recommended by Clients and organize monthly/ adhoc meeting with Client team to update on sales operations activities/ target/KPIs. Lead the field force and ensure field force is compliant to the Internal and Client code of conduct and policies · Report the regional performance, collect market insights and identify opportunities to maximize the sales; sales operations recommendation and the risks in the business with proposed actions to minimize risks. Coordinate with Client team to ensure KPIs are deployed following Client recommendation and strategic plan. Monitor the business operation that is aligned with internal and external guidelines and regulations. Educational Background and Experience: University/college degree Proficient in English including speaking, listening and written and Native in Vietnamese At least 5 years of experience in Commercial/Business/ Sales operation Strong track record in leadership, time management and people management esp. big team Strong track record of delivering on business objectives and exceeding business goals Strong track record of analytical and planning skill Willing to be on-field about 40% of the time II. Preferred Qualifications: At least 2-3 years in Healthcare/OTC/ Pharma industry Experience in hospital channel experience who understand tender business and regulations in hospital channel is preferable III. Essential Skills: · Relationship management: Exceptional interpersonal, communication and facilitation skills internally and externally. Ability to manage remotely · Strategic planning: Responsibility and accountability for delivering commercial success and competitive advantage. Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks. · Executional excellence: Problem solving, and solution based ‘Can do’ approach to issue management and conflict with high integrity and compliance. · Communication/ coordinating skill: Excellence in coordinating & communication, self-motivation and proactive behavior.
