Mô tả công việc ♦ Manages and communicates Key Accounts Team sales strategy Monitors Key Accounts sales team activity (collects and reviews sales visit reports, conducts team meetings) Has own customers to take care and develop Set monthly goals for Sales on new customers to get or new SKU to add for existing customers Propose to sales manager new products needed for key accounts Team in order to increase and develop sales Guarantees high level of Customer Satisfaction Selects and decides which customer goes to which sales in order to have the best connection between the customer and our company in order to get the highest amount of sales by customer ♦ Leads and develops team performance Analyzes sales to have a good overview of sales development and takes corrective actions if needed Sets individual targets given by sales manager for the Team and reviews performance Participates actively in the selection and recruitment of new sales staff Proposes plans to sales manager for trainings (to develop selling skills and products knowledge) for the Team Analyzes accounts and their potential and takes corrective actions if needed Recommends and implements personnel movement to sales manager such as promotions, transfers, dismissal of any member of his team Regularly accompanies sales staff to client meetings in order to coach, help them close deals and evaluate their weak points they need to improve ♦ Cooperates with both internal and external parties Internal (other sales team, customer service, commercial, accounting, transport, warehouse, logistics, human resources) External (Owner, Executive chef, Sous-Chef, F&B Manager, purchaser) Attends fairs, food shows and events Proposes to Sales manager Chef tables and events with key account customers in line with marketing plan Quyền lợi được hưởng Laptop Chế độ bảo hiểm Du Lịch Phụ cấp Du lịch nước ngoài Đồng phục Chế độ thưởng Chăm sóc sức khỏe Đào tạo Tăng lương Công tác phí Nghỉ phép năm Yêu cầu kỹ năng Good command of both written and spoken English At least 5 years of experience in a sales department of a food industry player with at least 2 years as taking care of Key accounts.
