Mô tả công việc • Business analysis: Prepare and analyze reports relating to the business of Group and units, including the subsidiary company. • Financial planning: Coordinate financial planning and monitor progress against plan • Budget controlling: Budget management and cost breakdown tracking • Reporting: Provide timely and accurate financial information to all relevant stakeholders; make use of the information to boost operational productivity and cost efficiency • Costing Analysis: Update costing for each client and Project and analyze data to help with cost reduction and improvement production • Business partnering - Support and coordinate with accounting team to ensures proper accounting in accordance with VAS Principles as well as local statutory requirements - Develop and implement effective and efficient financial controlling processes and coordinate with internal teams to solve problems when arise - Support and coordinate with sales team to maintaining a comparable sales and pricing database for all categories, ensuring all information is accurate, updated in timely. Yêu cầu kỹ năng • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economic. Certificate in CPA/ACCA/CFA is a Plus • Up to 1 or 2 years of experience in Finance and Analytical, Auditing or Accounting role • Experience in position supporting financial planning and analyses, forecasting, and management reporting and analytics is a Plus • Financial analysis knowledge is a Must. • Accounting knowledge (VAS/IFRS) is required. • Finance analysis capability using MS Excel, Power Point and other tools. • Have high attention to details. • Experience with accounting system (e.g. SAP, ERP) and other expense management tool is a Plus.
