Mô tả công việc (1) DEVELOPMENT PLANNING EXECUTIVE: - Create business feasibility study plan and report for new potential market, make proposal of business opportunity and return of the investment plan. (40%) - Visit property sites in order to keep track of development. (10%) - Constantly have a good grip on the industry trend, market trend, and consumer trend to output some necessary reports for business feasibility study as well as good design ideas and future project development orientation. (30%) - Others tasks as assigned by supervisors. (20%) (2) PROJECT PLANNING & DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE: - About existing AEON MALL in Vietnam: investigate & make reports about AEON MALL internal information such as sales, number of parking spaces, traffic information on premises, tenant efficiency, etc. (30%) - Related to Shopping Mall Business: investigate & make reports about latest trends of shopping malls in Southeast Asia, trends of tenants including fashion, F&B, entertainment, etc., and trends of consumers; analyze marketing trends, drawings and information about competitors. (30%) - Strategy proposal: create proposals about target strategy, MD strategy, mall concept and the value of AEON MALL, based on the analysis and reports above. (20%) - Cooperation with other departments: discuss malls' sales with Sales teams, MD plans with Leasing Department, building regulations with Construction Department or related teams to increase feasibility of the proposals; set up groups for discussion and meetings. University graduation, any fields. 2. At least 3 years of working experience is required for these positions. 3. Good communication in English and Vietnamese. 4.
