Mô tả công việc OBJECTIVES Be responsible to develop product for [email protected] Channel Work with internal departments, external partners to build up and develop product features, procedures and also doing product control for [email protected] sales COMMUNICATION Internal (within VPB FC) Purpose Relevant departments Coordinate with relevant parties in VPB FC to implement new product, improve products projects of [email protected] department to the sales channel. External (outside VPB FC) Purpose Build and maintain a cooperative relationship with sales channels to deploy products and services. External Partners Monitor operations and evaluate the effectiveness of sales channels in order to propose suitable improvement solutions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for coordinating with relevant departments to design and develop new products of [email protected] channel Communication, guidance and support for channel managers to understand clearly policies, operating mechanisms, regulations on standards and specific products of sales channel [email protected] Coordinate and monitor projects with other relevant internal departments of VPB FC Keep track customer data and productivity metrics (e.g., products & services sold per day) for productivity analysis and report, product evaluation Responsible for coordinating with the analytical unit to evaluate the efficiency and productivity of the [email protected] sales channel, from there proposing innovative solutions of product to ensure optimal efficiency Undertake other tasks assigned by line manager Quyền lợi được hưởng Chế độ bảo hiểm Chăm sóc sức khỏe Đào tạo Nghỉ phép năm Yêu cầu kỹ năng Education Bachelor’s Degree, major: Business Administration, Economics or relevant areas Experience At least 05 years’ experience working in relevant position, Banking, Consumer Finance, Insurance… Experience in sales, sales management Deep understanding of bank’s products Skills Analytical skill Leadership skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Ability to work under high pressure Good communication skill Fluent in English and Vietnamese
