Job Summary: We are looking for a architectural design manager who Lead the design process on given projects from early stage until end of project: concept/scheme/detailed design… Job Responsibilities: · Motivating and encouraging internal and external design teams · Overseeing the design process using technical expertise · Working with clients to ensure that their expectations are met · Reviewing designs with health and safety in mind · Avoiding errors and reducing financial risk during construction · Advise to technical specifications within guidelines, acoustics, lighting, MEP, other · Working in an office, with occasional site visits.
