COMMUNICATION: Internal: All business units External: Companies which provide services for mobile apps development KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Create, extend, enhance customer flows, journeys in consideration of product development needs Producing high quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes Conduct ongoing user research, usability testing for new ideas before implementing Analyse conversion funnel and provide a report, prepare an action plan for enchantments with UI, marketing and product team Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with team members as well as internal and external key stakeholders Quyền lợi được hưởng Chế độ bảo hiểm Du Lịch Chế độ thưởng Chăm sóc sức khỏe Đào tạo Tăng lương Yêu cầu kỹ năng Experience in Fintech, Banking or Ecommerce sector is a big plus 3+ years of UX and UI experience Highly skilled in popular tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe XD Bachelor’s degree Ability to discuss and explain design options A portfolio that clearly demonstrates the use of UX process and high-quality UI designs Able to conduct user research to gain insights and optimize designs Experience building and using design systems, style guides, and pattern libraries Intermediate English skills.
