Mô tả công việc - Manage the demand planning process for the relevant category, in weekly buckets with SKU details; by product family by month for 4-24 months and focusing on eliminating bias and improving forecast accuracy. - Responsible for baseline forecast generation by using the statistical forecasting methods by the advanced tools. - Understand the latest trends seen in the products, customers and locations. - Evaluate previous assumptions performance, highlight risks and opportunities in sales volume based on statistical analysis and then recommend changes to future forecast, influence business team to enable future forecast. - Using all facts and data available to provide insights and business partnering - Understand and communicate future changes in the forecast. - Coordinate integration of activity plans coming from CD on top of the baseline forecast, capture all future assumptions used to build a rolling 24-month unconstrained demand. - Be the go-to person in the business for the future forecast and latest patterns being seen in sales - Manage all the KPIs selected for category team to identify where needs attention and how to improve forecast accuracy and forecast bias. - Make weekly reviews to capture risk/opportunities for operational forecast Quyền lợi được hưởng - Salary and position is reviewed 1 time a year - Company trip once a year + Joining party - Having chances to get attractive company bonus every month/year - Social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance and other benefits - Bonus by individual ability and company’s performance. - Dynamic and sociable working environment. Yêu cầu kỹ năng 1. Education and Background: - Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply chain, Logistics or related field - Minimum 3 years’ experience in Demand Planning role 2. Functional skills: - Demonstrate analytical thinking and sensible of number. - Demonstrate communication and influence skills - Proven experience in leading forecasting process. - English working proficiency - Experience in forecasting system is plus ( SAP, Power BI, Power Query, SQL or other relevant tools)
