Mission: Organize the system data accurately and systematically Activities: Coordinate with other departments (Accounting, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Store) to follow procedure and ensure accuracy data inputted in the system; Set up/ control data for new project, new store openning; Make daily report of key in data to follow up; Solve data issues/error via helpdesk channel daily from store & buyers feedback; Input all master data (OA, Selling price, Purchase Price, costprice...) into system as Gold/VLL/BackStore; Training for new-comers; Implement other activities according to job requirements and assigned by superiors.
