Mô tả công việc • Create and lead ads campaign on social media (Facebook, Instagram, Mailchimp). • Create post to maintain high activity on Facebook & Instagram page. • Response to any customer request, order from Facebook, Instagram, Website. • Manage basic website: update product, promotion banner. • Update product/promotion on e-commerce app. • Introduce promotion/product by sending message for clients. • Manage retail system: product, price, discount rate, membership. • Manage & update product’s marketing material. • Work with designer to create good visual of flyer, banner, booklet for event. • Keep tracks with sale team about promotion with Horeca customer and share info on social media. • Contribute new idea about promotion, visual in upcoming event, project. • Analyze & reports on the performance & efficiency of campaign. • Conduct market research & analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities.
