Mô tả công việc The Company specializes in supplementing materials and equipment for the oil & gas and energy industry; providing human resources and consultancy services. The Company is currently expanding its operation in the renewable energy sector and they are now looking for suitable candidates for the job position as Country Manager for Renewable Energy project in Vietnam. The details of the job description are as follows: Main Responsibilities: - Identify green field and brown field onshore and offshore projects that are in Power Development Plan (PDP) VII - Identify green field and brown field onshore and offshore projects that can be included in PDP VIII - Where necessary, discuss with provincial authorities and government stakeholders in order to secure permits - Make site visits as and when necessary - Identify partners to collaborate projects for development of wind projects - Set up data rooms for projects that Company will pursue and save all relevant documents, including but not limited to exchanges of email correspondences, in the data rooms - Lead development efforts for greenfield onshore and offshore projects - Coordinate or direct development, energy assessment, engineering or construction activities to ensure that wind project needs, and objectives are met - Provide weekly verbal or written project status reports to project teams, management, subcontractors, customers, or owners - Prepare wind project documentation for site exclusivity and surveys - Create wind energy project plans, including project scope, goal, tasks, resources, schedules, costs, contingencies, or other project information. - Lead or support negotiations involving tax agreements or abatements, power purchase agreements, land use or interconnection agreements - Review or evaluate proposals or bids to make recommendations regarding awarding of contracts - Assist in preparing requests for proposals for wind project construction or equipment acquisition Quyền lợi được hưởng Attractive salary and bonus Social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance according to Labor Laws Regular team building and social events Yêu cầu kỹ năng - At least 02 years of experience in the same position - Fluent oral and written communication in English - Time management, leadership, organizational and negotiation skills - Have experience in renewable energy project designation, development and management; contract management - Domestic or overseas travel according to the work requirement - Have strong knowledge about the renewable energy and related local regulations/policy for this field - Experience in communicating with local authorities about the permits of project is a plus
