Mô tả công việc Develop, implement and manage an effective compliance framework. Supporting relevant departments in developing and reviewing internal regulations to ensure compliance with the provisions of law; handle problems related to legal regulations in accordance with prevailing laws and regulations. Ensure all employees are educated on the latest regulations and processes. Closely monitor the implementation of laws and internal regulations; Regularly review operational activities in all areas at the head office, transaction departments, branches, representative offices, back offices for adequate internal control. Create and manage effective action plans in response to audit discoveries and compliance violations. Regularly review the implementation of laws and internal regulations by all departments in accordance with provisions of applicable laws. Report to the Board of Directors any breach and noncompliance issues.
