Mô tả công việc Involve with Cat Man on Negotiate trading terms, Promotion with suppliers Maintain trusted and reinstall confidence in relationship with suppliers Managed a team of Category Managers & Assistant (> 4 persons) Involve & guidance on regular basis with suppliers (targets of sales, Promos, Stock ,OOS … ) Stay involved in Stock Distribution, Manage the Obsolete items Collaborating with the marketing department to brainstorm new projects, campaigns, and business ideas. Monitor stock Level and service level ( Follow up suppliers, sales, evolution, quality & deliveries ) Identifying market trends and monitoring supply and demand (New items, business opportunities) Responsible of Pricing Strategy and Price Management Providing guidance to Cat Man on how to improve figures and customer engagement. Make and Respect Buying plan to match DOI ( Division Target 60 days/stores) Responsible for Front Margin , other income, Back Margin Check & Valid Category review twice a year Frequent and regular visits of our Stores, competitors and suppliers (show room) Quyền lợi được hưởng Laptop Chế độ bảo hiểm Phụ cấp Chăm sóc sức khỏe Tăng lương Nghỉ phép năm Yêu cầu kỹ năng Minimum 5-10 years’ experience in Hyper market retail business and /or related business Process orientation Knowledge of supermarket/ hypermarket business is an advantage. Communicate and interpersonal Knowledge of Softline Retail industry and Merchandising management is a must. Leadership and team management Good level of spoken and written in English Decision making Proficient on Microsoft office Positivie thinking and adaptability
