Mô tả công việc Report directly to Head of Analytics, incumbent will lead the team of business analysts to supporting and assisting in the delivery, monitoring and reporting of major strategic projects, business improvement initiatives, data management and Board performance management reporting and other strategic and operational activities. Business performance measurement development: • Based on the corporate (Group) goals, defines policies and methods to develop a single Business Performance Management (BPM) with detailed processes, SOPs… for 3 main areas of BPM: Goals selections; Performance monitoring and Managerial adjustments. Which is fundamental integrated unit of the corporate’s end-to-end Control Tower. • Defines principles, logics, formulars of end-to-end business OKRs, Balanced Scorecard, KPIs Matrix and others operational reporting requirements. • Design financial and planning models in order to generate insightful and valuable recommendations: simulation models, alerting workflow, forecasting- scenarios planning and recommendations engine. Collaboration within business organization: • Assist in strategic and operational activities including project support, coordination, collation of information, reporting and business analysis. • Daily business performance analysis execution: captured issues, communicate to related stake holders and coordinate for quick-fix as well as improvement recommendations. • Coordinate planning and performance input from business units in close cooperation with stakeholders across the organization. Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reviews for senior management. • Participate in the continuous improvements of processes, templates and tools. Delivery strong cooperation with finance, business intelligence, operation excellence teams. • Other duties as delegated by the Head of Analytics and COO, CFO. Have a proven track record in budgeting and performance reporting roles. • Ability to identify key metrics and trends from financial data. Must also have excellent computer skills and be highly proficient in the use of office set (office 365, G-suite…) • Have a general understanding of risk management, or capable to learn. Be able to handle exceptional multi-tasking and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English. • Influencing and consulting skills, the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Able to communicate key financial messages to colleagues with finance and non-finance background. • Pro-actively focused on execution and demonstrated attention to detail. • It is great if candidates have: advanced with BI & analytics tools (SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Qlik, Power BI or similar technologies); project management knowledge. • Bachelor or Master degree in Business/Accounting/ Finance or relevant qualification • CA/CPA qualified, Workday Adaptive Planning (or other CPM- Corporate Planning Models tools) would be highly desirable.
