Mô tả công việc Purpose of Position / Mục đích của công việc: Managing and monitoring the implementation of Compliance MIP. To assist Compliance Manager in managing and implementing the Compliance Program and compliance related activities in ZPV. This position reports directly to Compliance Manager. This is a hands-on, operational role requiring interaction with all levels of officers and employees internally and externally Responsibilities/ Trách nhiệm: Support to Local business functions in monitoring BU for the achievement of Compliance MIP results Screen and monitor the mandatory compliance training Screen and monitor the DD documents, then upload into the system Assist Compliance Manager in conducting monitoring on Compliance-related transactions (e.g. IHCP activities and G&H transactions etc.) Analyze and monitor report of IHCP activities Review and approve relevant HCP-related activities and/or escalate them for other approvals corresponding to the policy, if any. Execution of the compliance related training for employees. Support local business functions in their interactions with external parties’ Compliance Officers and auditors Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by Compliance Manager or Regional Compliance, including providing assistance to ZP’s other markets throughout the region. Involve in monitoring activities as assigned by Compliance Manager. Including attend to the field visit,conducting monitoring and prepare monitoring report accordingly Understanding local and international industrial codes, company policies, and relevant laws and regulations in Vietnam . Minimum 3-4 years working related to audit, internal control, compliance Experience and familiarity with local pharmaceutical codes of ethics is a plus Skill/ Kỹ năng: Strong interpersonal skills with key decision makers and different people in multi-cultural environment Be able to interact with all levels of staff, including senior management team. Self-motivated and independent Good analytical and problem-solving skills Competent with MS Office Applications Good oral and written English and capable of making effective presentations Other Specific Requirements / Những yêu cầu đặc biệt khác: Travel within territories of responsibility.
