We are seeking a strategic, highly organized, and collaborative IT Project Manager to lead our cross-functional development teams in delivering high-impact technology solutions. In this role, you will be the bridge between business objectives and technical execution, managing the entire project lifecycle—from planning and resource allocation to final delivery and stakeholder communication. Whether you are streamlining Agile workflows, mitigating project risks, or ensuring that complex software products are delivered on time and within budget, your leadership will be vital to our operational success. Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior leadership. Create detailed project plans, timelines, and roadmaps to guide development teams.
Agile Management: Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives) and maintain the product backlog to ensure team velocity and focus.
Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for project status updates. Manage expectations by proactively communicating timelines, progress, roadblocks, and potential risks to stakeholders.
Resource & Budget Management: Coordinate cross-functional resources (developers, QA, designers, architects). Track budget utilization and ensure project resources are allocated effectively to maximize ROI.
Risk & Issue Mitigation: Identify technical and operational bottlenecks early. Develop contingency plans and lead problem-solving sessions to keep projects on track despite unforeseen challenges.
Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and refine project management processes (SDLC, CI/CD integration, documentation standards) to improve team efficiency and software quality.
Quality Assurance Oversight: Collaborate with QA and engineering leads to ensure that deliverables meet defined quality standards, technical specifications, and user requirements before deployment.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience in managing full-cycle software development projects. Experience working with distributed teams and understanding of modern software development practices (e.g., CI/CD, Cloud, DevOps) is essential.
Technical Skills:
Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum or Kanban methodologies; certification (e.g., PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2) is highly preferred.
Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana, or ClickUp).
Ability to translate technical complexity into clear business value for non-technical stakeholders.
Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and infrastructure concepts.
