Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Professional Youth Soccer Instructor to lead our elite/structured youth training programs. Job Responsibilities
Elite Curriculum Implementation: Design and execute progressive training plans that align with professional youth development standards, focusing on technical proficiency, spatial awareness, and game IQ.
Technical Instruction: Provide detailed coaching on advanced ball manipulation, body mechanics, position-specific skills, and tactical decision-making.
Performance Analysis: Use data and video feedback (where applicable) to assess player performance, providing constructive, high-level analysis to help athletes refine their game.
Competitive Preparation: Prepare teams and individual players for matches/tournaments, focusing on strategic formations, set-piece execution, and situational awareness.
Player Mentorship: Foster a professional mindset by teaching the importance of discipline, work ethic, nutrition, and mental resilience.
Stakeholder Communication: Maintain professional, ongoing communication with parents and academy management regarding player development pathways and individual progress reports.
Safety & Ethics: Uphold the highest standards of sports integrity, injury prevention, and child safeguarding protocols in accordance with professional academy standards.
Job Requirements
Education/Experience: Proven experience in a professional or semi-professional youth academy environment. Bachelor’s degree in Sports Science or Physical Education is highly preferred.
Certifications: Active professional coaching license (e.g., AFC ‘B’/‘A’ License, UEFA License, or equivalent). Valid First Aid/CPR certification is mandatory.
Technical Skills:
Advanced knowledge of modern football tactics, periodization, and youth-specific physical training.
Proficiency in match analysis software or digital scouting tools.
Ability to structure training blocks that ensure peak physical performance.
Soft Skills:
Leadership: Ability to command respect and lead by example in a high-pressure, performance-driven environment.
Analytical Thinking: Capacity to break down complex professional tactics into actionable steps for young learners.
