Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned MBA Lecturer to join our faculty. You will be responsible for molding the next generation of business leaders, entrepreneurs, and executives. Your role is to transform high-potential professionals into strategic decision-makers by blending rigorous academic theory with real-world application. Job Responsibilities
Instructional Delivery: Lead core and elective MBA modules, such as Strategic Management, Corporate Finance, Global Marketing, Leadership & Organizational Change, Business Analytics, and Entrepreneurship.
Case-Based Pedagogy: Design and facilitate learning experiences centered on the "Case Method," encouraging students to dissect complex organizational problems and defend their strategic recommendations.
Curriculum Leadership: Continuously evolve the curriculum to incorporate cutting-edge business trends, including AI in management, sustainability (ESG), digital transformation, and cross-cultural leadership.
Executive Mentorship: Serve as an advisor for MBA capstone projects, consultancy theses, and professional development journeys. Provide mentorship that helps students navigate career pivots or entrepreneurial ventures.
Research & Thought Leadership: Engage in applied research that addresses contemporary business challenges, contributing to the school’s standing in the professional and academic community.
Networking & Industry Engagement: Leverage your professional network to host guest speakers, industry panels, and company treks, ensuring students have direct exposure to executive-level expertise.
Departmental Development: Collaborate with faculty on program accreditation, student recruitment, and initiatives that maintain the program's prestige and market relevance.
Job Requirements
Education: PhD in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is highly preferred. Candidates with an MBA from a top-tier institution and significant executive-level experience will be considered.
Experience: 5+ years of combined experience in high-level management, consulting, or entrepreneurship, alongside a proven record of excellence in adult education or executive training.
Technical Skills:
Deep expertise in at least one core functional area (e.g., Finance, Strategy, Marketing, or Tech Management).
Familiarity with quantitative analytical tools and the latest business management software.
Proficiency in managing diverse, high-performing groups in an academic setting.
Soft Skills:
