We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and passionate Florist to join our team. In this role, you will design and create beautiful floral arrangements for hotel lobbies, guest rooms, restaurants, events, weddings, and special occasions. You will maintain high aesthetic standards while managing fresh flower inventory and delivering exceptional floral experiences that enhance guest satisfaction and property ambiance. Key Responsibilities
Floral Design & Arrangement: Create fresh, elegant, and seasonally appropriate floral arrangements, bouquets, centerpieces, and installations for public areas, guest rooms, events, and weddings.
Maintenance & Care: Daily care of flowers and plants, including watering, conditioning, pruning, and replacing wilted arrangements to maintain freshness and visual appeal.
Event & Wedding Support: Design and execute floral decorations for banquets, conferences, weddings, and special occasions in coordination with event and F&B teams.
Inventory Management: Source, receive, and manage fresh flowers, foliage, vases, and supplies; monitor quality, expiry, and stock levels while controlling costs.
Lobby & Public Area Decor: Maintain and refresh floral displays in high-visibility areas such as lobbies, restaurants, and entrances.
Customer Service: Consult with guests, clients, and internal departments on floral needs, provide recommendations, and handle custom orders.
Hygiene & Safety: Follow proper sanitation, storage, and workplace safety standards for floral materials and tools.
Collaboration: Work closely with Housekeeping, Executive Housekeeper, Public Area teams, and Event Planners to ensure cohesive property aesthetics.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or higher; certificate/diploma in Floral Design, Horticulture, or related fields is preferred.
Experience: 1–5+ years as a professional Florist, Floral Designer, or in hotel/resort floral services. Strong portfolio of arrangements is highly desirable.
Technical & Creative Skills:
Expertise in floral design techniques, color theory, and seasonal arrangements.
Knowledge of flower varieties, care methods, and preservation techniques.
Ability to work with various materials (fresh, dried, artificial flowers).
Soft Skills:
Strong artistic creativity and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service skills (English + Vietnamese is a strong advantage).
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle physical tasks.
Team player with a positive, flexible attitude for shift work and events.
