We are seeking a sharp, innovative, and detail-oriented Electrical Engineer to design, develop, and maintain advanced electrical systems and electronic components. In this role, you will be responsible for the full engineering lifecycle—from initial conceptual design and circuit simulation to testing and final integration. You will work on critical power systems, control circuitry, or electronic hardware, ensuring all systems operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with industry codes. Key Responsibilities
System Design & Development: Design and engineer electrical systems, schematics, and PCBs (Printed Circuit Boards) for new products or facility infrastructure.
Circuit Analysis & Simulation: Utilize simulation software to model electrical behavior, ensuring system performance and reliability under varying load conditions.
Hardware Integration: Collaborate with software and mechanical engineering teams to integrate electronic controls into complex hardware systems.
Power Distribution: Oversee the planning and implementation of power distribution systems, ensuring optimal voltage regulation, safety, and energy efficiency.
Testing & Troubleshooting: Conduct rigorous testing of electrical prototypes, performing root-cause analysis on malfunctions and implementing effective design fixes.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure all electrical designs and installations adhere strictly to National Electrical Code (NEC), IEEE standards, and local safety regulations.
Technical Documentation: Maintain accurate records of design iterations, technical specifications, and system schematics to support long-term maintenance and production quality.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Professional Engineer (PE) license is a strong asset.
Experience: Proven experience in electrical design, power systems, or electronic hardware development.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in EDA/CAD tools such as Altium Designer, OrCAD, PSpice, or MATLAB.
Strong knowledge of power electronics, signal processing, and control systems.
Ability to use laboratory equipment, including oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and multimeters for hardware verification.
Understanding of embedded systems and communication protocols (e.g., I2C, SPI, UART).

Meticulousness: High level of accuracy in designing circuitry and documenting technical requirements to prevent catastrophic system failures.
