We are seeking a highly analytical, innovative, and detail-oriented Computer Hardware Engineer to lead the design, development, and testing of next-generation computing systems. In this role, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of hardware components—from microprocessors and circuit boards to high-speed memory systems and complex networking hardware. You will bridge the gap between theoretical computing power and physical hardware architecture, ensuring our products are optimized for performance, energy efficiency, and scalability. Key Responsibilities
Hardware Architecture Design: Architect and design advanced computer systems, including CPUs, GPUs, motherboards, and peripheral hardware components.
Logic Design & Verification: Utilize Hardware Description Languages (HDL) such as Verilog or VHDL to design and verify complex digital logic circuits and integrated circuits (ICs).
System Integration: Collaborate with software and firmware teams to ensure seamless interaction between hardware components and operating system drivers.
Performance Optimization: Analyze hardware bottlenecks and implement design improvements to increase processing speed, thermal management, and power efficiency.
Prototyping & Validation: Oversee the fabrication and testing of prototypes, using high-end diagnostic equipment to ensure adherence to design specifications and signal integrity.
Compliance & Standards: Ensure all hardware designs meet industry standards for electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), thermal limits, and reliability under heavy computing loads.
Documentation & R&D: Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for design iterations and conduct ongoing research into emerging hardware technologies, such as AI-accelerated hardware or edge computing.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: Proven professional experience in computer architecture, hardware design, or chip development.
Technical Skills:
Expertise in HDL (Verilog/VHDL) and simulation tools (e.g., ModelSim, Vivado).
Strong proficiency in PCB design software (e.g., Altium, Cadence Allegro) and high-speed design principles.
Knowledge of computer architecture concepts (e.g., instruction sets, memory hierarchies, bus protocols like PCIe/DDR).
Familiarity with embedded systems, RTOS, and basic firmware debugging.
