We are seeking a professional, empathetic, and highly organized B2B Customer Success Representative (Wholesale/Agency Support) to join our partner management team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our wholesale partners and agents, ensuring their success in distributing our products. Whether you are managing complex wholesale orders, resolving fulfillment issues, or providing updates on product availability and promotions, your work is essential to maintaining strong, profitable, and long-term business relationships. Key Responsibilities
Partner Support: Serve as the dedicated contact for wholesale clients and agents. Provide professional, timely responses to inquiries via phone, email, or messaging platforms regarding product details, pricing, and order status.
Order Management: Oversee the end-to-end wholesale ordering process—from intake and verification to coordinating with the warehouse for dispatch and tracking delivery.
Relationship Management: Proactively check in with key agents to monitor their stock levels, understand their sales challenges, and provide the necessary support or resources (e.g., marketing materials, product training) to help them succeed.
Issue Resolution: Handle complaints, delivery delays, or quality concerns with urgency and professionalism. Work cross-functionally with logistics and sales teams to provide fast, effective solutions.
Promotional Communication: Clearly communicate new product launches, seasonal campaigns, and wholesale incentive programs to ensure agents are well-informed and motivated to push our products.
Data Integrity & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of partner interactions, order history, and feedback in our CRM/management system. Provide regular reports on agent performance and market concerns.
Feedback Loop: Act as the "voice of the partner," gathering insights on product performance and competitor activities to help management refine our wholesale strategies.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience in B2B customer support, account management, or wholesale/distribution roles. Familiarity with the FMCG or retail wholesale market is highly preferred.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or customized internal systems) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
Strong ability to navigate order management or inventory software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Vietnamese (and English is a plus).
