Mô tả công việc • Assigning work schedules and timesheets to Warehouse Workers, and preparing a list of outgoing raw materials for the production department. • Recruiting and training new hires, and assisting warehouse employees with tasks when there is a need • Ensuring a well-coordinated reception of all materials, items, and products, and making sure they are sorted, labeled, and stored per company standards and policies. • Ensures safe and clean product storage within a warehouse and keeps the warehouse in an organized way. • Enforces stock rotation of all raw material using FIFO (first in first out) method. • Validate and perform regular cycle counts to confirm stock availabilities. • Investigate inventory discrepancies with management via order history and audit reports. • Establish reorder point (Minimum), Forecasting, Restocking, & Managing Inventory with the ERP system. • Working with the purchasing department to ensure a good inventory and avoid any rupture of the material. Other regime: follow the company regulations Yêu cầu kỹ năng • English language skills required • Worked as a warehouse supervisor in a garment company is an advantage • Education in inventory, product fulfillment. • Previous working knowledge of shipping / receiving preferred. • Computer skills: WMS, inventory systems (ERP). • Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work well with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Good communication and relationship-building skills. • Occasional overtime is required.
