Mô tả công việc UX Writing & Development (30%) Work closely with UX Designers and Product Executives in designing and navigating user experience; Be responsible for behaviour research and persona development. Write clear, concise UX/UI texts: feature names, buttons, instructions, navigations... for all products under Zalo Cloud; Build and monitor contents for official websites, announcements and PR articles. User Acquisition & Inbound Content (70%) Assist Product Executives in develop and monitor conversion funnels & SEO; Work closely with Product Executives to develop product's launching plans, training programs; Be responsible for ideation and publishing concepts, messages for marketing and sales campaigns; Build and monitor contents for official websites, announcements and PR articles; Other tasks as assigned.
