Mô tả công việc - Ensure processing maximum quantity of proposals at the best effort on the daily basis, especially at month-end. - Assess keyed-in proposals. Request supports from Medical Underwriters for cases that are beyond his/her ability. - Monitor and report underwriting data/figures. - Assist and cooperate developing underwriting procedures & system in effectiveness and suitability under the available resources. - Make underwriting decision for proposals disclosing abnormal family history, common health/ medical problems, or attaching child health book, regular health check book, pregnancy check book, or normal medical report. - Perform initiatively and creatively in implementing assigned works and focus to the goal of the section and the company. - Communicate clearly with other underwriters and related sections to get the most effective cooperation. - Accomplish assigned works with the highest responsibility. - Handling other tasks as requested by the management. Yêu cầu kỹ năng - Fluent in English; - Excellent communication skills; - Bachelor degree; - Proficient use of MS office, quickly learning core systems; - At least 2 years of experience in life insurance; - Coaching abilities.
