Mô tả công việc We are looking for a Telemarketing Team Leader to join our TM team. This position is for Jetts Fitness. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • 10%: report on time • 50%: make sure all team reach target • 20%: team training/coaching • 10%: data update • 10%: self-improvement and team contribution KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPI): • 100% call per day (personal) • TM retaining • Ensure 80% team get monthly target • Ensure 80% all of team members can be over target after 3 months • Ensure listening & monitoring 80% calls of team members per week • 80% coaching Team members • Taking care and monitoring team members everyday • Interact closely with other team members in the course of work to ensure that everyone is carried along and updated on work progress in order to achieve maximum results Quyền lợi được hưởng - Free memberships of California Fitness & Yoga Centers - 12 annual leaves per year - On the job training - Full social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance Yêu cầu kỹ năng EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: • Bachelor degree or college are preferred • At least 2 years’ experience in customer service, customer consultant • Good at telephone communication skill • Good at Excel skill • Good at English skill SKILLS: • Handle situations on call skill • Agility, sprightly , flexible • Exhibit good marketing skills to make high show and sales • Excellent presentation skills to convince customers about booking appointment • Good motivational skills to bring out the best in team members • Good managerial skills to lead the team successfully • Ensure all of team members get 100% call , book and show per day • Ensure all of team members get 80% close
