Mô tả công việc - Get closed and coordinate with external partners and internal sales team and marketing via frequent market visits to ensure sales target achievement. - Be able to work well with cross functions and build relationship with partners to drive sales & Partner’s behavior/activities on OKXE platform. - Provide line of sight strategic channel development for the sales team from planning through customer/partner insights to execution in trade. - Coordinate with Marketing in implementing marketing activities in the market. Coordinate with other internal department (Sale, User Relation, Legal, Finance, IT) to ensure the compliance, budget management, and implementation of trade activities. - Manage and report trade expenses, ensure cost optimization. - Develop the plan, excellence in implementing trade promo scheme and push activities in all channels. - Analyze motorbike market situations, internal sales performance, trade insights, market trends, competitors’ activities and price movements, etc. to identify opportunities and issues, and provide the solution and improvement, also proactively propose and implement trade activities in the market. - Manage Asset, POSM generic & POSM tailor made to drive brand image at the point of sale. - Training&development Trade team Quyền lợi được hưởng - Working in International company - Salary review: 2 times per year - Attractive salary, based on skill and experience from 18-20M + bonus - PVI Insurance - 13th salary + Yearly performance bonus - Welfare regime: Travel, picnic, enjoy holidays, enjoy productivity, lunch, teatime, party & event... - Regimes and allowances are based on Vietnamese Labor Law - Working time: 9h-18h Monday to Friday Yêu cầu kỹ năng - Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or related major - Fast adapting&change management - Strong at brand management, consumers understanding, creative & strategic knowledge. - Be able tot ravel frequently - At least 2-3 years experiences at the same position - Ability to multi-task and be proactive & independent in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Good communication skills both written and oral, presentation and negotiation skill
