Purposeful thinking will be the core anchor of the business, its brands as well as its culture, and enables simple and agile decision making, supports an entrepreneurial mindset and is driven by passion for our consumers Trade Marketing Associate Manager plays a strategic role to ensure that marketing plans fit with channel/customer and shoppers’ needs to maximize benefit for Ekaterra and our Customers. To achieve this goal, the Trade Marketing Manager needs to find all Brand, Market, & Customer business opportunities and risks through communication with the field sales organization to maximize the return on spending. As a result, this position focuses on driving: Increased brand penetration and profitable sales volume with the customers Trade marketing efficiency and effectiveness while continually looking for growth opportunities. As a member of a multi-national team, The Trade Marketing Lead must join international projects, if needed, and contributes to the Tea Business Expertise Profile around the world. Added roles might be added with clear communication and direction from Business Development Manager. In the assigned channels, key responsibilities and tasks are: 1. Lead the development and implementation of trade category plan for assigned channel: Name trades spend opportunities and distribute funds for each sector while analysing risks. Build account/channel specific trade plans to align with total trade category plan to deliver category/brand goals. Develop customer & shopper insights for assigned channel. Translate insights into business building opportunities & JTBD (jobs to be done) within specific customers/channels Match brand goals with customer/market needs Work with field sales team to ensure excellence in in-store activation & prepare trade selling kits for OOH channel Ensure sales team to execute the most efficient JBP and trade spends 2. Work out monthly rolling forecast for assigned channel: Prepare promotion sell-out volume with attention to market intelligence information Prepare input for brand and build incremental sales volume 3. Co-work with marketing team in launch/ re-launch and consumer promotion activities: Allocate promotion volume to assigned channel/ customers in charge Build forecast volume with distributors for NPDs Work out the brief for BTL agencies and sales team In charge of in-store POSM design, briefing POSM/Activation team for production and installation in store 4. Co-work with Distributor team in developing and executing category/ schematic shopper promotions: Lead the communication to internal and external stakeholders on the scheme Lead scheme proposal and execution Follow up with POSM production gift sourcing and delivery to stores OTIF Conduct ROI and post-promotion evaluation Quyền lợi được hưởng Laptop Chế độ bảo hiểm Du Lịch Chế độ thưởng Chăm sóc sức khỏe Đào tạo Tăng lương Yêu cầu kỹ năng Deep understanding of Category Marketing and Distribution Channel Strategy Bachelor of Art Degree, preferably in sales and marketing. At least 3 - 5 years of working experience in FMCG Trade Marketing, preferably in multinational environment or foreign factors Ethical & responsible behaviour Proactive & ownership - Result focus Problem solving ability with analytical thinking   Be able to convince and quick translate from mind into conversation in Vietnamese, fluent in English Out of box minded, Sales minded & Passionate Good communicator cross functional Entrepreneurial spirit and hands on A keen sense of ownership and accountability for winning Dedicated team spirit / teamwork Transparency and openness Experience within the Beverages/ Tea Category or multi-Categories Confidence and fearlessness to take decisions, action-oriented mindset
