Mô tả công việc • Works with technical service partners to identify customer needs and translate these into new product development opportunities. • Develops, implements, and tests procedures needed to build products efficiently and cost-effectively. • Tracks product issues and reports data to product development teams and prepares scientific reports or datasheets detailing the organization's products and their applications. • Manages the design of products and recommends production methods. • Conducts and organizes all project plans, resources, and take part in project execution. • Ensures projects are achievable and align with procedural standards. • Provides training, coaching, and mentoring to new team members. • Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff. • Other duties as assigned Quyền lợi được hưởng • Attractive base salary, phone & meal allowance • 14 days of annual leave • 13th month salary + performance bonus • 100% salary in probation period, compulsory insurance paid from first working day • Bao Viet Insurance for employee and 3 family members • Travelling benefit and educational support for employee’s children • Unique opportunity to work for an American leading multinational agribusiness company Yêu cầu kỹ năng Minimum Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Animal Health Nutrition (cattle, premix, feed additives…) or minimum 5 years of equivalent experience • Demonstrated working knowledge of the application of analytical instrumentation principles, concepts, practices and standards • Good English skills Preferred Qualifications • Master's degree • Results oriented with emotional intelligence, energetic, good influencing skills • Interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to work efficiently and effectively as an individual and in a team environment • Ability to balance and achieve positive results in the areas of food safety, safety, quality, productivity, and cost • Ability to handle multiple priorities with large projects extending over a period of time • Intermediate computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Word, Access, PowerPoint, Excel) • Experience in facilitation of Continuous Improvement events such as Kaizen, Six Sigma or Lean processes. • Experience conducting work in a manufacturing environment
