Scope of work Enhancing each project in Contact Center Division by recruiting professionals, potential, high-motivated contact center employees who supply each client's and project's requirement. 2. Responsibilities • Ensure all vacancies are filled with suitable candidates within the targeted time • Understand the requirement from Hiring Managers and implement recruiting plan accordingly • Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media, and other various channels • Conduct HR screening and filter candidates for open positions • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to Team Leader and stakeholders Quyền lợi được hưởng • 13th-month salary • Performance bonus twice a year • Performance appraisals every year • Annual health checkup • Compliance fully to Vietnam labor code • Company trip, team-building events Yêu cầu kỹ năng • At least 1-year experience in the full-cycle recruitment process • Basic English • Experience in high volume/ agent recruitment for BPO operations is a plus • Highly responsible, hard-working, can work under pressure and deadline • Ability to work independently and be self-motivated is key
