Our operational goal Green stands for sustainability and environmental protection and describes our approach towards a zero-waste operation. Over the years several material-based initiatives have led to significant positive environmental impacts, especially on the materials side where in-house material compounds for key product groups have been switched to 100% recycled base materials from post-consumer and post-production waste sources. To further drive sustainable manufacturing activities in the global manufacturing locations forward framas is looking for a Global Sustainability Assistant Manager to work with the framas Group Operations Management, directly reporting to the COO. In this position the key tasks will be the creation of an all-encompassing Sustainability Strategy and the roll out of this strategy, including the implementation of on-site organizations in every location. 1. Represent and communicate framas Group’s operational sustainability goals throughout the organization and to key stakeholders. 2. Assess and audit the implementation of strategic sustainability systems and strategies in all global locations and summarize findings in monthly and annual reports. 3. Tie together the sustainability activities in the fields of manufacturing and materials and report findings. 4. Lead the creation of a global sustainability organization and take the lead in the creation of organization charts, communication platforms and training materials. 5. Keeping close ties to partners and external organizations in the industry, cascading environmental and sustainability industry trends and news through the framas organization. * Company bus from Bien Hoa and Ho Chi Minh.
