Mô tả công việc 1. Market & Research:Research market trend and competitors’ movement 2. Competitors Analysis:Analyze competitors’ performance and benchmark 3. Associate company: Manage and analysis data of associate company 4. M&A and Business Cooperation: - Consider new business; - Due Diligence; - Conduct M&A; - Business alliance. 5. Management planning - Participate in strategic planning for business and operations of the Company - Set and coordinate each business unit for next year plan and long-term plan - Analyze strategies of our business in each business unit Quyền lợi được hưởng - Company trip once a year + Joining party - Bonus by individual ability and company’s performance. - Salary and position is reviewed 1 time a year - Social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance and other benefits - Having chances to get attractive company bonus every month/year - Dynamic and sociable working environment. Yêu cầu kỹ năng -University degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting; -Highly proficient Microsoft Office (a plus if have used or experienced in any dashboard or reporting tools such as Tableau, PowerBI,…) -Have a strong background in investment or consulting (a plus if have prior work experience in PE, investment fund or a consulting firm); -Good verbal and written communications skills in English (study abroad is preferred); -Capable of communicating clearly to different depts and BU within the company; -At least 1 year experience at the same position; -Problem solver and quick on your feet; -Confident in doing presentations; -Work efficiently and effectively as an individual and in team; - Understand and able to update accordingly with information related to scope of the job
