Mô tả công việc ● Develop, interact with community members and customers in a professional, personable, and timely manner to grow and keep the community active ● Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness ● Work with the branding, creative, social and campaign communication team to create high quality, engaging, relevant, timely content and ensure brand consistency ● Manage the social media editorial calendar and ensure the content is published by the stipulated deadlines ● Foster and strengthen new relationships with key influencers within the community ● Research and use social listening tools to monitor positive/negative comments and topic trends, and strive to boost engagement and resolve any potential conflicts that may affect brand reputation ● Generate comprehensive reports on overall community sentiment and notable trends and provide meaningful feedback ● Keep up to date to the latest social media trends and emerging social media platforms in the industry ● Do other assigned tasks by Team Leader/Manager/Director. Yêu cầu kỹ năng ● Have at least 2 year experience in developing Social Media platforms /social listening provider/ performance marketing ● Strong experience in channel, community management and monitoring. ● Ability to make marketing plans, strategies and reports. ● Have the ability to work under high pressure and handle multitaskings. ● Proactive, positive, patient and be able to take challenges. ● Good communication and presentation skills in both English and Vietnamese
