Mô tả công việc Responsible for companies store communication through any visual aid, product visual merchandising & display, VM campaigns; in support of improving store image & sales. - Create, execution & communicate all monthly VM & Planogram Memo, with Retail team for training & monitor checking. - Quality control & approving designer creative materials in both print & web; and work closely with marketing team on company events & press launch. - Able to design, and think out of the box, for any eye catching & new ideas of communications. - Conceive, create design visual concepts to best convey the brand / new products / promotion at store or web. - Able to works hand-in-hand in support Marketing Press launch for event recce, layout proposal, sourcing deco props to final set up. - Sourcing, ordering & maintaining shops merchandisers & tools in support of store VM. Additional qualities & role: - Cost management: ensure both VM & Store Development projects are executed according to the approved budget. - Hands-on: Able to hands on at field-works from displaying products at shop / events set up, to merchandising for new shop. - Flexible & able to accept & adapt in change.
