Mô tả công việc *General Description: Reporting and working closely with Design Manager in the Viet Nam office. Urban Planner / Designer will involve in the design phase of several large scale urban projects that range across all of the below: - Hospitality environment – resorts and recreational areas - Urban environments - towns and cities - Spatial - parks, open landscapes ***Specific Position Responsibilities: - Participate and contribute to the development of design concept through implementation into subsequent production and implementation stages. - Assist in creating presentation materials for all phases of projects, including graphics, 3D modeling, renderings, technical details to meet the desirable goals and meet client expectations. - May involve some national travels - Communicate closely with the planning leadership to implement the team vision while working independently on a day-to-day basis. - Collaborate with other design disciplines within the Viet Nam and Singapore studios when needed. - Strategic understanding of global design trends and issues. - Both internal and external communication and correspondence. - Assist in project coordination of large-scale multi-faceted projects as required, collaborating with numerous teams in multiple locations - Have skill in rendering is a plus but not compulsory - Work with the wider planning team to ensure policies and guidance are followed. - Work under your own initiative and direction, as part of MP team and the whole multi-skilled organization including: architects, infrastructural planning, local consultants, local government, and developers, etc. - Be able to adapt and be flexible in the working environment Quyền lợi được hưởng * Salary would be commensurate with successful candidate’s relevant qualifications and experience. Yêu cầu kỹ năng B. JOB REQUIREMENT - Working experience: Minimum 3 years of experience. 1. Qualification: • Bachelor of Urban Design / Urban Planning is preferred. • Masters of Urban Planning / Urban Design or equivalent 2. Technical Competencies • Experience in international projects • Experience in local approval processes and requirements • Excellent proficiency in at AutoCAD, Sketch UP, MS Office. Strong graphic presentation skills, proficient in Adobe Suite. • Good at Lumion or 3DMax, and Arc GIS. 3. Functional Competencies • Strong creative skills to create engaging presentation materials through storytelling. • Up-to-date understanding of global urban design trends and issues • Strong soft skills and organization skills, including effective verbal and written communication skills both Vietnamese and English. • Strong graphic (hand/computer) presentation skills • Ability to perform in a multi-discipline team environment 4. English: Good written and spoken English is compulsory 5. Computer Skills: • REVIT • AutoCAD • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook) 7. Skill must good at • Communication • Presentation • Planning • Analysis • Team work • Staff management
