Mô tả công việc We are looking for a Senior Strategic Planner/IMC Planner/ Senior Digital Strategist Planner at a senior level. The candidate will be expected to be a member of Strategic Planning Team in a professional leading advertising agency which functions are planning and directing communication campaign for Clients. Following is a detailed job description of what we are looking for: Strategy leading: Work together with Account and Creative to win the projects Give the exact proposition & creative directions to creative team Get the right and dig down consumer insights Study, analyze all related and necessary data Get and clarify the brief from client and understand it deeply Create direction and strategy Research management: Conduct, manage any necessary research (desk research, internal research …) Desk research (collect data and analyze) Cooperate with research agency Presentation creation: Create the deck logically (and beautifully) Make presentation deck and present to client Internal projects and paperwork of Strategic Planning team Support Strategic Planning Team in some other task Management: Manage the workload in Team Coach the staffs of Team Quyền lợi được hưởng Chế độ bảo hiểm Du Lịch Phụ cấp Chế độ thưởng Chăm sóc sức khỏe Tăng lương Nghỉ phép năm Yêu cầu kỹ năng Solid knowledge & thorough understanding of Advertising Industry. Minimum of 3 years working experience in a multinational advertising agency; Have experience in working in client service department (Preferable) Logical thinking with analytical skill, creative mind-set; Experiences in working with research agencies; Good understanding about consumer’s insight; Well cooperating with other departments, ability to work independently as well as be a team player (especially work with other departments like Account and Creative) Ability to look at both the big picture and details Presentation ability in English as well as Vietnamese Good at management skills to coach the team Able to handle pressure; Having background in research is an advantage
